(it is not known who actually wove these Silkmark bookmarks.
However, each bookmark was sold either in its own red case, the lid of which says the design was copyright to HALON GIFTS, Chester - see images below, or sold shrink wrapped with a card, with the copyright notice printed on the reverse of the card:
