The design and quality of the overprinting is identical the the Stevens title of " THE DEATH ", which leads to the impression this picture was created in its entirety by STEVENS.

This overprinted version forms a set with " FULL CRY " (recorded as st249), and " THE MEET " (recorded as st430).
