An unmounted silk with the above woven-title is included in the Stevens presentation volume at the Coventry Museum. The woven design includes the regimental badge of the Rifle Brigade and battle honours.
I have not seen a mounted specimen of this silk, nor does the title appear on the standard printed back-labels.

Other comments:
There are two images above with the same woven silk. The version on the left however has additional printing on the card matt. Above the silk is the date 1899, to the left 1900, to the right 1901 and below the silk 1902. In each of the four corners is a printed reproduction of the RIFLE BRIGADE badge, with their name below.
The dates woven into the silk however are 1900 - 1901, so it is possible this card to the left was issued later.
