The huntsmen and hounds are shown in hot pursuit of the fox.

This landscape view shows the mounted huntsmen and huntswomen following the fox and hounds across rolling countryside. It is the middle scene of the three-piece set, the first being "THE MEET" [see st428 on this site] and the last being "THE DEATH" [see st116 on this site].
The "FULL CRY" subject was registered on 24th November 1879, the title first being included on label 6, and most examples will be found on type B card-mounts. Examples on type C or E are found rarely.
Some rare card-mounts also list the title in French, 'Le Chasse' and in German, 'Jagdgeschrei' [more information about these triple title card-mounts]
