OPENED IN 1932. HOWEVER
DURING THE OPENING
CEREMONY, A WILD CUTLASS
SWINGING HORSEMAN
NAMED DE GROOT RODE UP,
CUT THE RIBBON AND
GALLOPED ACROSS.
