A front view of the Exhibition buildings at Antwerp in 1894. The title is woven at the left-bottom corner of the picture, but the card-mount is normally un-titled and without the normal Stevens credit.
This is one of several special views sold only locally at exhibitions, etc. The subject is not included in the more commercial titles on the printed Stevens back-labels. The period of issue was, of course, 1894.

Other comments:
Unusually, the silk shown above has a Stevens advertising back label, with 29 + 34 titles, which of course Godden dates to 1894.

The image above has several horizontal brown lines. Every image I have seen has these same lines, meaning they were woven into the silk at the time. I have no idea why though.
