Comments:
The woven credit at the top of this bookmark says:

COVENTRY
WELCH & LENTON, DRAFTS

It is unclear from these images, except the strong impression is that the top of the bookmark is missing, since it makes no sense for the woven credit to start with " COVENTRY".
What is more likely is that " T. STEVENS MANF=R COVENTRY " should be present, as woven in the bookmark recorded as sb1092 on this site, followed by " WELCH & LENTON, DRAFTS ".

It is also possible the bottom end of this bookmark is not frayed, as shown on the image above, but finished with a pointed end, possibly incorporating a roundal device, as at the pointed end of a similar Stevens bookmark, sb1096.

It will also be noted that sb1096 is overall very similar to the bookmark above; the main difference being the absence of the stars down each side of the bookmark which defines the image above.
