My knowledge of the German Language is non-existent. I understand however that this is the first verse of the Johann Wolfgang von Goethe's " MAY SONG ", and roughly translation as:

How gloriously
Nature gleams for me!
How the sun sparkles!
How the field laughs!
J. W. Goethe

The design of this bookmark is the same as cash-bm0307: Fairest Flower - three honeysuckle at top. The German translation though is not the same verse.
