Godden records this with his reference number 939:
This upright silk shows a two-funnelled river paddle-steamer passing a small tug-like boat, with mountains of high hills in the background. It was issued both as a picture and on a smaller scale in postcard form.
It is a pair with 940: 'Gainst Wind and Wave (By Ocean).

Other comments:
This same woven silk was also used in a Grant postcard, recorded as gc456, although there is no printed title on the postcard.
