Comments:
by Sprake:
A classical scene undoubtedly copied from a painting. Title printed (sometimes partly in colour). Copies have been seen with "Designed by Owen Bros" printed below the silk. Sometimes there is no Stevens' identification printed on the mount.

by Godden:
A landscape-size Stevengraph of classical figures. The title does not appear on the standard printed back-labels but the Stevens credit appears in the normal position under the picture. It is found on type C card-mounts of the 1888-93 period but is also found without the credit and with the extra wording 'Designed by Owen Bros.'
