Signed: "T.STEVENS (COVENTRY) LTD" on back at pointed end, and as such dates this design to the post 1906 period:

It is known however that on the destruction of the Coventry factory in 1940, the Stevens business transferred to Brough, Nicholson & Hall, who continued to make silk bookmarks with the Stevens name.
The designs produced by Brough, Nicholson & Hall included greatly simplified designs, as the bookmark above, and it is quite possible this bookmark dates from that post-war period.
