This bookmark was one of the early ones, and is longer than the standard length bookmarks. There is also no woven CASH'S name on the reverse.
As well as being issued attached to the usual backing paper, this bookmark was also issued contained within a bespoke folder with a short history of the author printed on the inside left hand page of the folder.
